Extra, only if needed:
- Stairs: $45 per step if prefinished, $65 if unfinished
- Baseboard: $1.00 – $1.10 per linear foot
- Subfloor leveling: $65 per bag, material included
- Debris haul-away: $380 per trailer trip
- Moving furniture: $50 per room
- Projects under 500 sq ft are quoted as a whole job
